About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented virtual assistant to assist with real estate property research and tax deed research.
Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough property research and organizing data
- Providing accurate reports
Research will utilize various sources, including County Property Appraiser websites, County Clerk/Recorder websites, Google, Google Maps, Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin, and public records, as well as Excel and Google Sheets.
Schedule
The first 2 to 4 weeks will be a part-time trial period, before transitioning to full-time (40 hours per week).
