About the role

PNC is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join its Realty Services organization. In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of corporate real estate assets, overseeing lease administration, portfolio performance, and complex real estate transactions. The position requires a strong understanding of commercial real estate, lease negotiation, lease language and clauses, contract management, and relationship management across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating and managing complex, high-value leases while maintaining strict attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with property managers, leasing agents, landlords, internal legal teams, and business partners to resolve property-related issues, ensure compliance with lease terms, and support the company's overall real estate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all real estate assets and hold responsibility for the financial performance of a portfolio of 200-300 assets.
  • Oversee the day-to-day performance of the real estate portfolio.
  • Prepare fiduciary reports, policies, and practices for the transactions group through data collection.
  • Monitor and conduct due diligence regarding bank acquisitions and mergers.
  • Understand business needs and negotiate contracts that align with business strategy from a valuation perspective.
  • Ensure all properties are well maintained, stabilized, and correctly positioned in their market segment.

Requirements

  • Commercial real estate portfolio management experience.
  • Experience negotiating and interpreting leases, lease clauses, and contract terms.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience partnering with landlords, property managers, leasing agents, legal teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Schedule

This position is based in Pittsburgh and requires an on-site presence five days per week.
