About the role
This powerhouse full-service law firm is expanding its real estate practice group in their Portland and Seattle offices.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and financing contracts.
- Providing legal advice on zoning, land use, and real estate laws.
- Liaising directly with clients, ranging from businesses and developers to individual buyers and sellers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of real estate transactional experience.
- OR and/or WA State Bar membership.
- A portable book of business.
- A JD degree.
Qualifications
- An in-depth understanding of zoning, land use, and real estate laws.
- Experience working with businesses, developers, individual buyers, and sellers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients.
