Atlantic Group is hiring a Real Estate Paralegal in New York, NY for our client, supporting commercial real estate transactions, legal documentation, contract administration, and transaction management activities. This opportunity will work closely with attorneys, business stakeholders, and external partners to support acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing matters, and ongoing real estate operations across a diverse property portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring commercial real estate paralegal experience, strong organizational and document management skills, and experience supporting complex real estate transactions in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and distribute commercial real estate transaction documents, contracts, and closing materials.
- Manage transaction checklists, track deliverables, coordinate signature packages, and support transaction closings from initiation through completion.
- Prepare and maintain corporate records, organizational documents, and other legal documentation to support business operations and transactions.
- Maintain legal and transaction files, organize executed documents, and manage electronic records and documentation systems.
- Assist with the preparation of notices, agreements, correspondence, and other legal and transactional documents.
- Support notarizations, document filings, invoice processing, and other legal administrative activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certificate is required.
- Certification: New York Notary Public certification is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience drafting commercial real estate closing documents, transactional documents, or related legal documentation is required.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions, corporate governance matters, financing transactions, or legal operations is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, PDF editing tools, and legal documentation software is required.

Pay
$100,000 – $130,000/year + bonus
