Real Estate Operations Leadership Program

About the role

ResProp Management is seeking purpose-driven college graduates with extreme character, talent, drive, and teaming ability to join our Real Estate Operations Leadership Program. This two-year, entry-level program offers immersive training in all facets of multifamily real estate operations.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience through onsite rotations supported by a rigorous training curriculum
• Crafted readings, structured discussions, and peer-to-peer dialogue to sharpen thinking and translate learning into action
• Gain exposure to operations including leasing and marketing, financial performance and budgeting, customer service, procurement, collections and evictions, lease-up strategy, and asset management decision-making
• Learn facilities and asset management, such as property inspections, capital planning, construction contracting and oversight, vendor onboarding and management
• Access to a broad network of professionals across our portfolio of businesses, including leaders in investment, technology, operations, and corporate strategy
• Structured pathway toward leadership roles within the real estate industry
