Responsibilities
- System Management & Transaction Oversight
- Refine processes Simplifying complex processes into repeatable systems.
- CRMs and database communication flows.
- Contract-to-Close Manage all contracts from signing through closing with a professional customer service level of detail and client satisfaction.
- The Playbook Work with the leadership team to improve the Operations Manual that outlines all systems, standards, and processes, ensuring the business operates flawlessly in any environment.
- Client Journey & Office Standards
- Customer Service Instill a high-touch customer service culture across the client life cycle, ensuring smooth transitions and proactive problem-solving.
- Office Environment Curate a welcoming, meticulously maintained office environment and manage vendor relationships to reflect our brand’s precision and warmth.
- Team Leadership & Growth
- Leadership Clear pathways for professional growth and leadership development.

- As the business grows, assist in hiring, training, and mentoring future administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Experience 5+ years of experience in high-growth operations, luxury hospitality management, or executive-level real estate administration.
- The "Calmest Person in the Room" A high Adversity Quotient (AQ) with the ability to remain composed and solution-focused during complex and highly emotional real estate transactions.
- Operational Mindset Exceptional organizational skills. Understand how to simplify complex processes into repeatable systems.
- High EQ Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
