Real Estate Operations Assistant
Responsibilities
- Manage and draft email responses based on verbal direction.
- Organize digital files and maintain systems for efficiency.
- Aid in scheduling and coordinating appointments.
- Execute tasks and projects as requested to support operations.
- Provide occasional phone support to ensure smooth client communication.
- Follow up and track progress on tasks to keep the team leader focused.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Fluent English communication, comfortable on the phone and via email.
- Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Flexible availability (full/part-time) with weekends.
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to tackle tasks independently.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
