You'll find the properties we build on and sign the hosts who own them. You'll work with our COO on every lease, from the first call to a signed deal. What You'll Do Find and qualify properties with the power and space for a sitePitch property owners and build relationships with site hostsNegotiate leases, access rights and renewalsWork with engineering, legal and brokers to get each deal closed What We're Looking For Experience in commercial or industrial real estate, leasing or site acquisitionComfortable negotiating with owners, brokers and their lawyersA network among property owners in Southern California is a plus
