We make short-term bridge loans to real estate investors nationwide: Fix & Flip, BRRRR, and Rentals. We close in 7–10 days, underwrite in-house, and don't require appraisals or borrower credit checks. Our Loan Originators bring the deals in. Processing is what gets them funded on time.You'll run that. What You'll DoTake files from application to funding. Our originators bring the deal in; you get it closed.Collect and verify what each file needs: entity documents, purchase contracts, scopes of work, insurance, and payoff statements.Order title and work with title companies, closing attorneys, and insurance agents across the country.Package clean files for underwriting, then clear conditions fast.Keep borrowers, brokers, and originators updated so nobody has to chase you for status.Keep every loan file accurate, complete, and inside company lending policy.Run a full pipeline at once without missing a closing date. What It Takes to WinExperience in loan processing, title, escrow, or closing is a plus. Private lending experience is a real plus.You catch the wrong entity name, the missing signature, and the lapsed insurance policy before underwriting does.You manage multiple files and deadlines at once without being managed.You communicate clearly with borrowers, brokers, and title, by email and by phone.A hustle mentality.
