Responsibilities

• Assist clients in obtaining loans for residential and commercial properties
• Review loan applications and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on loan status and answer questions
• Manage relationships with clients to build long-term trust and loyalty
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate lending or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and credit check

Skills

• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Experience with loan underwriting software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
