Real Estate Litigation Counsel

The Role

The Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group at Nixon Peabody is seeking to hire a counsel to join our San Francisco, CA office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working with our team on California civil litigation matters involving real estate issues.
• Managing cases in a fast-paced client-centric environment.

Requirements

• At least eight years of real estate and/or construction litigation experience.
• California Bar admission.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced client-centric environment.
• Experience managing cases.

Skills

Pay

The anticipated annual salary range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $260,000 - $280,000.
