Responsibilities

• Secure listing opportunities and convert sellers
• Conduct strong listing presentations
• Position and market homes using team systems
• Follow up with sellers using proven CRM systems
• Leverage team marketing and listing support
• Participate in coaching and skill development

Qualifications

• Active VA/NC real estate license
• Experience working with buyers and/or sellers
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Coachable and open to systems
• Driven and growth-focused
• Ready to step into higher-level business
