We are seeking licensed real estate professionals who want to grow within a structured, system-supported brokerage—not a “figure it out on your own” environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process from consultation to closing
- Build relationships within the community and maintain a strong professional network
- Prospect and follow up with leads to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
- Pricing, marketing, and negotiating real estate transactions on behalf of clients
- Cooking, showing, inspections, and transaction timelines
- Maintain organized client records within the brokerage CRM
- Represent the Skyward brand with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication
Qualifications
- Active Florida real estate license (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow a successful real estate career
- Professional, ethical, and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working within a structured brokerage environment and CRM system
- Coachable, collaborative, and growth-minded
- Interested in building a sustainable, long-term real estate career
Compensation
$95,000 - $95,000/year
