Responsibilities
- Finish the PLACE Agent Launch program
- Use PLACE lead generation strategies every week
- Hold at least two open houses each month
- Turn your prospecting and lead efforts into scheduled meetings
- Guide sellers, get listings, and showcase properties with confidence
- Use your know-how in pricing, staging, and other listing services
- Help sellers navigate offer negotiations
- Keep detailed records of your activities and client info with PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Motivated sales professional with a friendly, competitive spirit
- Great at building connections, listening to clients, and offering personalized solutions
- Experienced in finding and reaching out to potential clients
- Clear and approachable communicator focused on providing great service
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Holds a valid real estate license
- Strong skills in both written and spoken communication

- Good at managing time and staying organized
