Responsibilities
- Connect with those thinking about selling a home or investment property in central Ohio
- Follow the PLACE model to generate new leads
- Schedule appointments and share the PLACE Selling Experience
- Utilize Brivity CRM to track activities and clients
- Conduct 2 open houses each month
- Aid sellers in preparing their home for sale
- Collaborate with other Realtors to accept and negotiate offers
Qualifications
- Licensed in real estate
- Team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Loves to learn and practice skills
- Ready to follow a plan
- Excellent time management skills
