Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for Real Estate Lending Associates in the New York and Charlotte offices. Responsibilities
- Represent financial institutions specializing in real estate and asset-based lending, with a focus on loan origination
- Represent developers in connection with the purchase, sale and financing of real estate and other forms of collateral
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience representing financial institutions in real estate and asset-based lending
- Member of the NY or NC State Bar (or able to waive into NC)
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time to meet deadlines and complete projects

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $260,000 – $310,000 per year. Salary will be determined based upon education, experience, job-related factors permitted by law, internal equity, and market data, including geographic pay differentials in locations where market pay differs from the national average.
