Real Estate Lead Generation

About the role

You will be a key contributor to the success of a growing business specializing in long-term rental property management. This role requires a highly reliable and detail-oriented professional to support business expansion by managing lead generation, handling administrative tasks, and coordinating appointments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify potential leads and conduct outreach to generate rental inquiries and business opportunities.
• Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and set up appointments related to business operations.
• Daily Task Reporting: Submit daily reports outlining completed tasks and progress.
• Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of leads, property details, and client interactions.
• Sales & Negotiation: Engage with potential tenants or clients to discuss rental opportunities and business partnerships.
• Content Accuracy & Creative Thinking: Ensure clear and accurate communication while bringing fresh ideas to improve processes.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
• Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with potential leads.
• Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies.
