• Sell exclusive inventory of properties to investors
• Utilize sales and communication skills to close the sale
• Network and grow your book of business in a commission only environment
• Collaborate with the team to stay up to date with all available properties
• Attend training and meetings to stay up to date with investors' needs

What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Active California Real Estate License
• Full-time commitment to discuss, sell or show property
• Utilize tech-savviness to proactively seek out new business opportunities
• Communicate professionally, work in a team environment, and support any needs related to the investors
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
