Real Estate Investment Analyst, Capital Solutions Group (f.k.a. Special Situations Group)

About the role

Prime Finance is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Special Situations group. This role involves sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and structuring debt and equity investments across various asset types and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and structuring debt and equity investments
• Negotiating deals with clients and partners
• Underwriting and closing investments
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory
• Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about financial markets and investment opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in real estate or alternative investments preferred

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
