Real Estate Fund Accountant
About the Company
BDP Impact Real Estate was founded in 2014 to create innovative real estate investment solutions that solve important social challenges. We've developed and acquired over $600M in affordable housing and community development projects by finding common ground between the needs of communities, end users, and investors. We serve as Fund Manager for the Community Solutions Large Cities Housing Funds I & II. These funds raise capital from socially-minded investors and acquire existing multifamily properties in cities across the country. Once acquired, 50% of units are dedicated to workforce housing and 50% serve as permanent supportive housing for veterans experiencing homelessness.
Our Values: We believe that creating pathways for private capital to invest responsibly in affordable housing is the only sustainable solution to reducing inequality and homelessness in our country. As a small company, we take pride in being lean, entrepreneurial, and impact-focused. We insist on a culture of respect and appreciation for diversity.
