Real Estate Finance & Funds Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the structuring and formation of private funds and other investment platforms
• Supporting fund sponsors through all stages of fundraising and regulatory compliance
• Collaborating with partners and clients on sophisticated fund documentation and negotiations

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience with private funds, real estate funds, or investment vehicles
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is £235,000 – £260,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.
