Real Estate Finance Associate – New York, NY

Key Responsibilities

• Advis[e] lenders on commercial real estate debt financing transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related financing documents
• Provide strategic guidance on real estate finance matters to clients
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and other professionals on complex transactions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience representing lenders in commercial real estate finance
• Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently and work collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: £260,000 – £420,000+, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors
