Real Estate Finance Associate - Law
About the role
A fast-growing AmLaw 100 firm with one of the busiest real estate platforms in the country is looking for a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its team in Kansas City. The group acts for national and regional banks, debt funds, life companies and institutional borrowers on acquisition, construction, bridge and mezzanine financings across every major asset class. The firm hires across its national footprint, so strong candidates in Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Atlanta, St. Louis, Miami, Boston or New York will also be considered.
This is a chance to run deals day to day from term sheet to closing, with early responsibility and genuine partner contact. Lenders and borrowers come back to this team repeatedly, so you'll build relationships rather than just process documents. The firm has a clear, transparent path to partnership.
