About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time Real Estate Lending Associate in the Chicago office. The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Represent financial institutions specializing in real estate and asset-based lending, specifically loan origination.
- Represent developers in connection with the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate and other forms of collateral.
Requirements
- A member of the IL State Bar (or able to waive in).
- 4-6 years of experience representing financial institutions specializing in real estate and asset-based lending, specifically loan origination.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- The ability to multi-task and manage time to meet deadlines and complete projects.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $235,000 - $320,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
