Our client, a national and highly-respected AmLaw200 law firm, is seeking to add an Associate to their Real Estate Finance group. This position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including the origination, structuring, and execution of a variety of real estate finance transactions.

Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a variety of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, development, construction, mezzanine, and permanent financing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate finance documents such as loan agreements, promissory notes, mortgages, guarantees, and intercreditor agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence.
- Provide legal advice to clients on real estate finance matters, including loan structuring, loan enforcement, and workouts.
- Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to real estate finance, and advise clients accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and work diligently to meet their legal needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate finance, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate finance law and related matters.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating real estate finance documents.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism and commitment to client service.
Pay
$200,000 - $300,000 per year
