The Role

The Real Estate Development & Asset Manager will serve as a strategic right-hand partner to the Founder, blending investment analysis, development execution, operational leadership, and capital strategy. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants to help build and scale a high-performing industrial real estate platform.

The Mission

We acquire and develop small-to mid-sized industrial parks across the Southeastern U.S. Your job is to take each park from deal close to stabilized, income-producing asset. This means managing development execution, driving tenant acquisition, delivering projects on time and on budget, increasing occupancy and NOI, and serving as the operational owner of each asset until stabilization.

What You Will Own

  • Manage transition deals from underwriting to execution
  • Lead entitlement, permitting, and pre-construction coordination
  • Identify and address execution risks early
  • Manage architects, engineers, contractors, and municipalities
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, change orders, and draws
  • Coordinate tenant buildouts and delivery schedules

Who You Are

  • 7–12+ years in industrial development, asset management, or leasing
  • Comfortable negotiating leases
  • Strong project management discipline
  • Financially literate (understands how decisions impact returns)
  • High ownership mentality
