Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate projects
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for project phases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or accounting
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate development principles and practices
• Experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs)
• Understanding of tax implications for real estate investments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
