About the Opportunity

The Real Estate Data Entry Operator is responsible for maintaining and updating the organization’s real estate database with accurate and current information. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity and supporting the team by managing critical transaction and client data remotely with minimal supervision, which supports the organization’s operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain property listings, sales transactions, client records, and historical real estate data within the central database
  • Carry out routine audits of system information to identify, correct, and eliminate data errors or incomplete records
  • Collaborate proactively with remote team members and licensed real estate agents to resolve conflicting information or missing documentation
  • Safeguard sensitive client financial documents, personal records, and transaction histories in strict accordance with data security regulations
  • Agregate and clean raw database information to assist in preparing routine operational reports and market presentations
  • Perform essential virtual administrative duties, including indexing digital files, monitoring remote office supplies, and managing document scans

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalency; a Bachelor’s degree is welcomed but not required
  • Proven professional experience in data entry, virtual administrative assistance, or a closely related records-management role
  • Strong baseline knowledge of standard real estate terminology, closing documentation, and listing procedures
  • High technical proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and dedicated data management platforms
  • Exceptional attention to numeric detail and a proven track record of maintaining high accuracy under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills tailored for meeting daily processing quotas independently
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration across a distributed remote team

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Target baseline hourly compensation framework: $26.81 to $29.97 USD per hour. Final hourly positioning within this band is determined dynamically based upon the candidate's data processing speed, data entry assessment performance, and familiarity with real estate management software.
