Responsibilities
- Complete errand list daily (sign and lockbox installation, and other misc. tasks)
- Track field service material to help ensure we know where all equipment is at all times
- Communicate effectively
- Respond to emails and Trello tags in a timely manner (24 hours)
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of the company car and obey all traffic laws
- Be flexible in assisting people around the office
- Properly represent EmpowerHome while you are out in the field
- Be present at the first team meeting of the month
- Delivering documents and contracts to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys
- Picking up and dropping off keys/lockboxes to properties
- Assisting with open houses
- Ran errands related to the real estate transaction process
- Communicating with clients and others in a professional manner
- Ensuring that signs are displayed correctly and in accordance with local regulations
- Tracking the location of signs and ensuring that they are returned to the office
- Assisting with other tasks related to field services
Qualifications
- This role includes driving to various locations throughout the day, installing and removing real estate signs
- Must have a clean driving record (required)
- Provide a copy of their Motor Vehicle Record from the DMV for the last 5 years
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be insured
- Must be organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
- Full-Time availability, Monday through Friday
