Beacon Hill Legal is assisting an in-house client on a priority search to add a commercial real estate attorney to their Northern California office.

About the role

This in-house role is with a well-established company located in wine country. It’s a unique opportunity to work with an established company in Northern California. The Chief Legal Officer is flexible on the level of experience, prioritizing a team player and culture fit—provided the candidate has acquisition experience and can run a deal from start to close.

The company has extensive real-estate holdings nationwide, as well as leasing and development arms.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions
• Manage commercial leasing matters
• Run deals from start to close

Requirements

• Experience with commercial real estate acquisitions
• Ability to work in-office (based north of San Francisco; relocation candidates welcome)

Pay

Base salary range: $180,000–$230,000, plus an annual bonus of approximately 15%.

Schedule

40-hour work week.
