About the role

We're hiring a Controller to take our financial operation to the next level. The foundation is built—our systems are in place, our processes are documented, and our books are clean. We need someone to run them sharper and faster as we push past 300 rental doors on our way to 500. This is a high-leverage role where you'll own the close across every company we operate, deepen the reporting our leaders use to make decisions, and raise financial awareness across all departments.

You'll have direct access to ownership, a real playbook to build on, and a clear runway to Director of Finance as we scale. If you've spent your career closing books for other companies or are the strongest accountant in a department with no upward mobility, this is your opportunity to advance.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process across all entities
• Enhance financial reporting to provide actionable insights for leadership
• Improve financial awareness and literacy across departments
• Maintain and optimize existing financial systems and processes
• Support scaling operations as we grow our rental portfolio from 300+ to 500+ doors

Pay

$105,000 - $140,000 yearly
