Real Estate Consultant – Energy (m/w/d)

About the role

At Power You Solutions GmbH, we are developing the next generation of energy infrastructure, including battery storage, intelligent energy solutions, and new utilization possibilities for real estate and land. As a Real Estate Consultant – Energy, you will join our team identifying and developing suitable locations for modern energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify promising real estate and land potential for energy projects such as battery storage or energy facilities
• Engage with property owners, companies, and partners to develop solutions collaboratively
• Analyze sites and markets, evaluating whether projects are economically viable
• Support negotiations and contract closures
• Coordinate technical requirements with our team and external partners
• Accompany projects from initial idea through to implementation

Qualifications

You don't need to be an energy expert already. Much more important are curiosity, initiative, and the drive to make things happen.

Skills

• Interest in real estate, energy, or infrastructure
• Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer contact
• Enjoyment in speaking with people and developing deals
• Independent work style and entrepreneurial thinking
• Openness to new tools and digital ways of working
• A degree in business, real estate, energy, or similar fields is helpful but not required
