Real Estate Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a background in Real Estate Law to join our Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, handling acquisitions and dispositions, and advising clients on complex real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements
• Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
• Advises clients on real estate development, zoning, and regulatory matters
• Afford assistance in structuring and closing real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop strategic solutions for real estate projects

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain licensure
• 2 plus years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and client-management abilities
