Real Estate Attorney
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft office and retail leases and purchase and sale agreements in the United States and beyond.
- Work with outside counsel and internal retail, facilities, finance, corporate, energy, mergers and acquisitions, hardware, litigation, and tax departments in connection with real estate-related transactions and issues.
- Advisory on land use, governmental approvals and permits, litigation related to facilities, real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and a variety of other real estate-related matters.
- Draft construction, architect, professional services, and goods and services supply agreements, and Statements of Work for a variety of real estate projects and services.
- Counsel on and address issues that arise under supplier contracts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience.
- Active membership in the California Bar.
- Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership skills.

Pay
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year, and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
