Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate commercial purchase and sale agreements
- Conduct and coordinate title, survey, and due diligence reviews
- Advise on commercial real estate financings and closings
- Support senior lawyers on development projects, including (ideally) condominium matters
- Interact directly with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm
- Comfortable managing purchase/sale transactions and real estate financing
- Strong drafting skills and a detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent academic background and writing skills
- Experience with condo development (preferred but not essential)
- Admitted to the Florida Bar
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $200,000 – $225,000
