About the role
Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures and development.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties
- Assist in real estate finance transactions
- Support joint venture and development projects
Requirements
- Preferred large firm experience
- Strong academic background
- Superior drafting and negotiation skills

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $245,000 - $365,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
