We handle property acquisition and investment, development, management and leasing, financing, restructuring, and disposition of all asset classes of real estate. We advise on a broad spectrum of commercial, recreational, and residential real estate, including structured equity, structured debt, and hybrid structures. We have a skilled hospitality legal team, including attorneys who have pioneered major developments within the industry.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development
• Large firm experience preferred
• Strong academic background
• Superior drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to take on significant project responsibility
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career
• Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar

Pay

Expected pay range for this position is $225,000–$310,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
