Real Estate Analyst

About the role

AfterQuery is seeking Real Estate professionals to create and evaluate real-estate reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design realistic scenarios — deal underwriting, market analysis, lease questions — that test an AI model’s ability to reason through real estate matters with practitioner-level judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop underwriting exercises, market analyses, and transaction scenarios that challenge AI models
• Evaluate and validate model responses for accuracy and sound judgment
• Collaborate with real estate and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and coverage

Qualifications

Required:

• Professional experience in real estate analysis, brokerage, development, or investment
• Working knowledge of underwriting and market fundamentals
• Exceptional analytical and written communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience across residential and commercial asset classes
• License or designation (broker, CCIM, CFA) is a plus
• Familiarity with real estate analytics tools is a plus
