Responsibilities

• Build relationships with buyers and sellers and grow your pipeline daily
• Show properties and guide clients confidently through every stage of the process
• Manage transactions smoothly from the first conversation through to closing
• Develop daily habits and consistency to create long-term production and income

Requirements

• Licensed or actively working toward getting your real estate license
• Motivated, coachable, and ready to grow every day
• Strong communicator who enjoys working with and helping people
• Seeking structure, support, and a team invested in your success

Pay

$122,300 - $197,000 yearly (first-year earning potential of $150,000+ when goals are met)

High commission split.
