Responsibilities

• Showing properties and guiding buyers and sellers with growing confidence every day
• Managing transactions smoothly from the very first conversation all the way through closing
• Building genuine lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Developing the daily habits and consistency that create long-term production and income

Requirements

• Licensed or actively working toward getting your real estate license
• Motivated, coachable, and genuinely ready to grow every single day
• A strong communicator who naturally enjoys working with and helping people
• Someone who wants structure, support, and a team that is truly in their corner

Pay

$125,600 - $192,500 yearly (first-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+)
