About the role

Park Lane Capital is generating over 200 live buyer leads a month in San Francisco, and that number is growing. Agents on our team are working up to 30 leads a month each — we don't have enough licensed agents to answer the leads we already have.

Responsibilities

• Answer leads fast — speed to lead is everything in this market
• Show properties and guide buyers through the process
• Let us handle the systems, training, marketing, and back-office — you focus on people and showings

Qualifications

• Active California real estate license (required)
• Ready to respond to leads within minutes, not hours
• Comfortable showing property across San Francisco, including evenings and weekends
• Coachable — we train you, you show up and work the leads
• No production quota to worry about — we just need you ready and responsive

Compensation

$200,000–$250,000+/Year, commission-based. Agents are independent contractors, not employees, so earnings depend on how many leads you work and close — the range reflects that range of effort and results across our team.
