Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch, a structured program designed to set you up for early success.
• Work alongside sales agents to guide their clients through home showings.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to help confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients.
• Create consistent income opportunities by committing to a minimum of 10 hours per week of proven lead generation.
• Participate in weekly script practice aligned with team standards.
• Grow faster in a collaborative, high-performance environment by participating in team activities that encourage accountability and support.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology to measure progress and results.

Qualifications

• Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
• Strong in prospecting and lead generation.
• Overcoming objections comes naturally.
• A strong communicator and committed to service.
• Team player.
• Licensed real estate professional with 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Learning-based, growth-minded.
• Organized.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
• Excellent time management skills.
