Build Your Skills & Grow Your Business Successfully complete PLACE Launch and apply the training, tools, and systems to your daily business.Consistently execute PLACE lead generation systems to build relationships and create new opportunities.Turn prospecting conversations into meaningful appointments and long-term client relationships.Participate in weekly script practice, team training, and professional development opportunities.Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and PLACE Partner Calls to sharpen your skills and accelerate your growth. Deliver An Exceptional Client Experience Guide buyers through the homebuying process, from initial consultations and signed buyer agreements to finding the right home.Help sellers confidently navigate the selling process through strategic pricing, home preparation, marketing, and negotiation.Advocate for your clients by negotiating offers and helping them make informed decisions.Demonstrate expertise in local market trends, pricing strategies, staging, and effective property marketing.Build lasting relationships through honest communication, professional guidance, and service that extends beyond the closing table. Take Ownership & Stay Accountable Maintain accurate client records, activities, and tasks using PLACE Technology and team systems.Conduct at least two open houses each month to create opportunities and connect with potential clients.Actively participate in team meetings, events, and activities in accordance with team standards.Consistently meet team expectations for prospecting, client communication, professional development, and accountability.Bring a solutions-focused mindset, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow every day.
