Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE New Agent Launch to build a real business foundation from day one so your production is driven by a proven system, not guesswork
- Generate a minimum of 10 hours per week using PLACE-proven strategies so you always have a full pipeline and your income stops depending on luck
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards so your conversations become more confident, more natural, and more likely to convert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions so you have a dedicated space every week to work through challenges, set clear goals, and stay accountable to your personal and professional best
- Attend weekly team trainings and Partner Calls so you are constantly learning from agents who are ahead of where you are right now
- Track all tasks and activities in PLACE Technology so your business becomes visible, measurable, and something you can actually build on
- Collaborate with team members and administrative staff so every client experience is handled with the care and professionalism our values require
Qualifications
- You are newer to real estate and you are honest enough to admit that figuring it out alone is not working.
- You care about people.
- You want to do the right thing.
- You are coachable, hungry, and ready to stop guessing and start building with a team that is genuinely invested in helping you reach your personal and professional best.
- You are currently licensed in Maryland or willing to transfer.
- You have 1 to 5 years of real estate experience with 1 to 5 transactions closed.
- You are willing to commit 40 to 50 hours per week to building your business the right way.
- You are coachable and open to adopting proven systems over personal preference.
- You are people-oriented with a natural ability to build trust and communicate with honesty.
- You are driven by personal growth and a genuine desire to serve clients well.
- You have a positive, professional attitude that contributes to a high-performance culture.
- You are committed to integrity, follow-through, and always doing the right thing.
Pay
$60,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
