Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities

• Aid clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Showcase available listings to potential buyers and renters.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts.
• Generate leads and referrals through networking.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and company policies.
• Utilize team-provided technology and CRM systems.
• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
• Provide accurate information to clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases.
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals.
• Ensure smooth and timely closings.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license in the state of Ohio.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Strongsville and surrounding areas.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
