Position Summary
Quaint Oak Real Estate is an established real estate company located in the heart of the Lehigh Valley market. As an independent contractor, you create your own schedule, control your own income, manage your own listings, and communicate directly with your clients and your leads. At Quaint Oak Real Estate, we offer ongoing training and the support of our knowledgeable broker and office team to put our agents in control and allow them to make decisions to build a business brand of their own.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Be creative, and build your brand and following
- Deliver documentation to the office regarding all real estate transactions
- Attend training and support sessions to better your business model
- Stay up to date on current loan programs, industry requirements, and regulations to provide relevant guidance to your clients
- Maintain current and prospective client relationships
- Partner with Quaint Oak teammates in the sale or rental of real estate
Requirements
- PA Real Estate License required
- Member of Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors (GLVR)
- Must be 18 years of age
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
Compensation
- A choice of aggressive split and/or 100% options
- PAYFAST - ACH commissions or direct deposit
