About the role
This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in Oxford, AL with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and building a client base
- Conducting property showings
- Guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing real property
- Managing listings
- Preparing and presenting offers
- Cooking up and negotiating deals
- Collaborating with colleagues and brokers to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Providing responsive customer service
- Staying informed about local market trends
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate practices and local regulations
- Customer Service skills with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and responsive follow-up
- Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing transactions
- Knowledge of Real Property, contracts, and transaction processes
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple clients and listings
- Comfort with digital tools such as MLS systems, CRM platforms, and online marketing channels
- Ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for showings, meetings, and events
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred but not required
