Responsibilities
- Aid clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings.
- Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Florida.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
