Responsibilities

  • Identify potential investment properties
  • Generate opportunities through consistent outbound lead generation
  • Connect with homeowners who may be considering selling
  • Proactively prospect, build relationships, and follow up
  • Develop communication skills to uncover opportunities before they reach the open market
  • Evaluate potential opportunities and strengthen negotiation skills
  • Guide conversations from initial contact through signed agreements and closing
  • Understand how investor demand, market conditions, and property characteristics influence acquisition decisions

Requirements

The ideal candidate should enjoy prospecting, creating opportunities through outbound outreach, and building relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals. They should have a passion for learning and growing in the real estate acquisitions field.
