Real Estate Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close and prepare financial statements and budgets
• Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
• Manage project cash reporting, wires, and working capital activity
• Support loan draws and equity funding processes
• Partner on forecasting, job cost analysis, and project reporting
• Aid with audits, compliance, and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of full-cycle GAAP accounting experience
• Experience with Sage or similar ERP systems
• CPA preferred

$130,000 – $145,000
